Forthcoming Events at St Swithun’s Church and Bicker Village
Saturday 18th November 2023 09:30am to Noon: Coffee Morning in the Church
The last coffee morning of the year will be on Saturday 18th November, so be sure not to miss it! It will also be the final day to see the absolutely stunning poppy display in the Church.
There will be the annual toy stall, along with the usual veg and puzzle stalls and a chance to win on the raffle.Oh! And let’s not forget the delicious array of cakes and tray bakes to accompany your refreshing cup of tea or coffee 🙂
Friday 1st December 2023: Murder Mystery Quiz Evening, Village Hall
A Quiz Evening with a slight twist. Answer general knowledge questions and solve puzzles to find out:
*Who murdered Lord Death?
*Who ran over Grandma?
*Can you solve the Escape Room?
*Can you help the police with their enquiries?
Doors open 6pm for a 7pm start.
£5 per person.
Up to six per table (children welcome if part of a team)
Raffle in the interval.

Saturday 2nd December 2023 10:00am to Noon: Toys Under the Tree
The Annual Toys Under the Tree event will be held in the Church on 2nd December. Bring an unwrapped toy for under the tree and enjoy a complimentary hot drink or mulled wine and a mince pie.
Toys will be donated to South Holland & Boston Child Services to distribute.
Please Note: It has been requested that presents are unwrapped this year so they can be distributed to the right age group.
Saturday 9th December 2023 10:00am to 2:30 pm: Bicker Christmas Fayre, Bicker Village Hall
Bicker Christmas Fayre is back for a 3rd year. Make sure you put Saturday 9th December in your diaries.
Free entry. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Homemade cakes and sausage rolls. Local crafters. Glitter/face painting.
Also, come and meet the NAUGHTY ELF!! A great event for adults, kids and adults who think they’re kids!!
Sunday 10th December 2023 6:30pm: Take Note Choir, Bicker Village Hall
Take Note Choir will be performing for us again in the Village Hall! Entry is £5 and includes complimentary tea/coffee/wine and cakes for sale.
Tickets are available from Bicker Corner Shop or on the night.
